Sol Pilates is a fully equipped boutique pilates studio offering small group reformer pilates class in Belleair, FL. We also offer individual one-on-one private Pilates lessons to help you achieve your fitness goals. With only 4 clients per class, you will get a hyper personal experience in a warm welcoming environment

Sue received a degree in Wellness Leadership from USF in 2001, where her coursework included Anatomy and Kinesiology. Since graduating, she has focused on exercise-based wellness programs. Sue has held Pilates Certification from the Pilates Method Alliance since 2000 and has completed continuing education with PhysicalMind Institute, Balanced Body, National Pilates Certification Program and Pilates for Golf. Additionally, she is an AFAA-certified Personal Trainer and Stretch Coach with Yoga Body. Alongside teaching Pilates, Sue was employed as a Health Educator with Baycare's Community Health Department, providing screenings in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties from 2000 to 2016. She founded Belleair Fitness at the Dimmitt Center in 2007 and continues to love teaching there.
Cindi has been a trainer in the health and fitness industry for 30 years. As founder of Medfit Rehab and Wellness Providers, her strengths are injury prevention and rehabilitation. She takes a holistic approach by bringing together the mental, nutritional and physical aspects of wellness. Cindi is certified in Pilates, Spinning, Nutrition and Sports Medicine.
Kalena, a Salt Lake City native, is a passionate wellness enthusiast who discovered Pilates during her years as a dancer. After sustaining an injury a decade ago, Pilates became the cornerstone of her recovery and fitness journey, helping her rebuild strength, flexibility, and resilience. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Kalena emphasizes the mind-body connection in her approach to wellness. Trained in both classical and modern Pilates, she works with clients of all abilities, tailoring sessions to meet their unique needs. Kalena specializes in working with athletes and individuals seeking to enhance their fitness and overall well-being, guiding them to achieve their goals through mindful movement and personalized instruction. When she’s not teaching, Kalena enjoys running and hiking.
We keep our classes small so that everything can be tailored to your specific needs. Our experience in Pilates includes physical therapy, athletic training, and strength & conditioning.
